1. The yacht is available for service. 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

1. Payment Terms: To finalize a reservation made through Hafla, a 100% advance deposit is needed
2. Mode of payment: Bank transfers, credit and debit cards, including American Express & international cards and cash
3. Cancellation Terms:
a. Free cancellation with a 100% refund if done at least 7 days prior to the reservation time
b. For cancellations made between seven and two days prior to the reservation slot, upto 50% refund is given
c. Within 48 hours of the booking time, there is no refund for cancellations

1. Shoes are not permitted on the yacht. Your shoes will be kept in a secure location while you board
2. You must absolutely adhere to the guest capacity. More visitors cannot be accommodated than the number allowed
3. Swimming is permitted up to the time of sunset
4. Outside Catering: In accordance with their convenience, visitors can obtain food and beverage services
5. Children (18 or below) should be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
6. Boarding Time: Guests are requested to reach the boarding point at least 15 min. prior to the sailing time
7. Set-up time: Any additional time needed for food set-up or decorative services on board the boat must be scheduled in advance. For extended hours, there can be additional fees
